Delivery
We use DPD and Evri to deliver your orders.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days for all orders placed between 0900- 1700 Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after Friday will be processed the following Monday.
We have a flat rate for delivery
Standard - £4.95
Express - £6.95
In the event of any delay we will contact you directly.
Returns and Refunds
I hope you love your funky find and enjoy it as much as I did sourcing it for you but if for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase I would be more than happy to help in resolving this.
If you’re not completely happy you can return an item to us in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days, for a full refund, excluding delivery costs.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us. Please take care to package the item securely as any item which is not in its original condition cannot be refunded. Please keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method excluding delivery cost. Whilst we do this straight away, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account
